Flexible Display Options for Submission-Based Engagements
Engagements
What’s New?
Customers can now configure submission-based engagements to display chats or surveys either:
-
On top of the published job associated with the candidate’s submission, or
-
On top of a static webpage defined by the customer.
This setting is available in the Settings Drawer under the submission-based engagement configuration.
Why does it matter?
-
Improved Applicant Experience: Allows candidates to engage with chats or surveys in the context of the specific job they applied to, improving relevance and clarity.
-
Seamless Job Access: Candidates can easily access the job description, reducing confusion and friction.
-
Customizable Engagement Path: Customers have the flexibility to choose a dynamic or static experience based on their preferred applicant journey.
This feature enhances the usability and personalization of submission-based engagements, aligning them more closely with candidate expectations and customer configurations.
How Is It Enabled?
This feature can be configured under the Settings Drawer for submission-based engagements:
-
Automatically detect job URL:
-
Checked: The engagement will use the job URL tied to the candidate’s submission, based on your configured structure in Settings > Website Integration > Semantic Job Match – Job URL Structure.
-
Unchecked: You can enter a static URL that all candidates will be directed to during submission-based engagements.
